Canadian teen Marina Stakusic was eradicated within the second spherical of the San Diego Open tennis match with a 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 loss to seventh seed Donna Vekić of Croatia on Thursday.
Stakusic was taking part in in her first WTA 500-level match.
